Planning to hit the afternoon seeing with friends I am not yet hundred percent sure to come. I’m on my way though. I have to pick up some food on the way and pay in money to my bank account. The foodie things is going to be further after I get the money in and this I can do only using a pay-in cashpoint. There are two places where I possibly could do it, one of them just on my way but it’s Saturday and I’m not sure if it’s open. To get to the other one I will have to take another bus and it will take me time. Thinking what to do: is it going to be open..? feels like possibly, yes. I change my thinking - to which one should I go? I really need to get the money on my bank account today. I come up with an insight to go to the other place. OK, be it. I might not make it to see my friends. Anyway, I take the ride, with confidence of making the correct choice. I hate to make mistakes. I get off and take the walk from the bus stop to pedestrian crossing which is quite far. Some kids seem to be playing along the pavement, running, jumping, screaming and pushing each other to the snow piles that are aside. Seems a little stupid to be playing like that next to a highway. I pass them and continue to the crossing and somehow I keep looking down to the ground and just I notice something is lying down on the pavement along the curb stone, and some change next to it. I stop and stare. A mobile. It happens at the same time as I think about the change and start leaning to pick up the mobile, the kids continue to scream at each other and jump but then they notice me staring down at the pavement; one of them shouts at me ‘Hey, have you maybe found a mobile?’ and starts to coming up to me. I look back at him and see his face blushing with a happy smile and an enthusiastic ‘thank you!’ is being said to me as he leans and picks up the mobile and the change from the ground. ‘You’re welcome!’ I say smiling back. Warmth at heart, I realise I had to come to this cashpoint - I was needed here to help, a bus arrives and the kids go take it - they were a bit desperately trying to find the lost mobile before it arrives, almost giving up… After I pay in I’m trying to make it to my friends but decide to check first if the other cash point is open. Yes it is. It is open.
My skin is not yet enough green.
